How to make a deposit from your phone
A deposit on a phone involves more app-switching than on a computer. That is not a problem in itself, but it is where most "my money vanished" moments come from. The walk-through below is written for the mobile browser. Amounts, fees and the exact list of methods are not given here because they depend on your account — the cashier shows them.
Before the first deposit
- Set your limits first. Deposit and time limits live in the account profile. Setting them before the first payment is easier than after a bad evening. See responsible gambling.
- Check the organiser. Compare the company in the operator's terms with EMTA's list of legal gambling organisers on emta.ee.
- Charge the phone and use a stable connection. A dropped connection in the middle of a bank redirect is the most common cause of confusion.
Step by step
- Log in on the verified site and tap the balance or the "Deposit" button — on small screens it often sits in the top bar or behind the menu icon.
- Choose a method. Look at the minimum and any fee shown next to it; the set of methods and limits depends on the account.
- Enter the amount. If the cashier offers a bonus checkbox, decide deliberately — leave it unticked if you have not read the terms (see bonus terms).
- Confirm. For pangalink or card payments you will usually be sent to your bank's page or app and asked to approve with Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID or a PIN.
- Return to the browser tab. If the balance has not updated, open the transaction history before trying again.
When the tab reloads
iOS and Android both free up memory aggressively. If the bank app takes a while, the casino tab can reload when you return and show the cashier as if nothing happened. Do not repeat the payment immediately. Check the history in the cashier and your bank app. If the bank shows the money as sent but the casino does not show it after a reasonable time, contact support with the time, amount and method — the support page explains how.
Deposits decide withdrawals
The method you deposit with often shapes how you can withdraw. Many casinos return money to the same method where technically possible, and some deposit-only options (such as prepaid vouchers) cannot receive a withdrawal at all.
