Privacy policy
kanuunacasino.info is a reading site. There is no sign-up, no account, no cashier and nothing to bet with here, so the amount of personal data we handle is small. Small is not zero, though, and this page explains what there is and what happens to it.
Data we never ask for
We do not ask for your name, personal identification code, phone number, card details or identity documents. We cannot see your Kanuuna account, deposits, bets or winnings. If you log in to the casino with Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID or an ID card, that authentication happens between you, the operator and your bank or e-identity provider; none of it passes through us.
Data that arrives automatically
Every website receives some technical information when a page loads: IP address, device and operating system type, browser version, screen size, the page you came from and the time of the visit. We need it to serve pages, to protect the site from abuse, and to understand which guides people read on phones and which on desktops — that tells us where the mobile layout needs work.
A web analytics service may be used to count visits and clicks in aggregate. We read those reports to decide which guides to expand, not to identify individuals.
Cookies
The site may place small cookies in your browser, for example for analytics. You can block or clear them in your phone's browser settings — in both Safari and Chrome this sits under privacy. The guides work the same without them.
When you leave for the operator's site
Buttons such as "Open Kanuuna" are partner links. When you tap one, you leave this site; the partner programme records that the visit came from us. From that point the operator's privacy policy applies. What it collects during registration and identity checks, how long it keeps it and who it shares it with are set out in the operator's own documents — read them before uploading anything.
Third parties
The site runs on a hosting provider that processes technical request logs. Links to EMTA, e-MTA and 15410.ee lead to external sites with their own privacy rules.
Retention
Technical logs and aggregated statistics are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the site and are then deleted or anonymised. We do not sell visitor data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Your rights
You may ask what data about your visit we hold, ask us to delete it or to restrict its use. Write to privacy@kanuunacasino.info. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can contact the data protection supervisory authority in Estonia.
Changes
If we add a new service or change how data is processed, this page will be updated. The rules for using the site are on the terms of use page.
