Withdrawals from a phone

A deposit takes a minute; a withdrawal can take a little patience. Most of that is not the payment itself but the checks around it. This page explains the usual stages of a withdrawal request, how to prepare them on a phone and how the deposit method you chose earlier affects the payout. It does not quote payout times or limits — those depend on the operator, the method and the account, and are shown in the cashier.

Stage 1: identity verification

Before the first withdrawal, operators generally ask you to verify your identity and sometimes your address or payment method. On a phone this is simple, if you prepare:

Doing this before you actually need the money removes the most common delay. Upload documents only on the verified operator site, never through a chat link or messaging app.

Stage 2: the request

Open the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, choose the method and enter the amount. If you have an active bonus, check first whether its wagering is complete — a withdrawal request can cancel a bonus or be blocked by it. The wagering guide explains why.

Stage 3: statuses

Status (typical wording)What it usually means
PendingThe request is waiting for the operator's review; some sites let you cancel it at this stage.
Processing / approvedThe operator has approved it and passed it to the payment provider.
CompletedSent from the operator's side; your bank or wallet may still need time to show it.
RejectedSomething is missing or conflicts with the terms; the reason should be stated.

Why the payout often goes back to your deposit method

Casinos commonly return money to the method used for the deposit, as an anti-fraud measure. Prepaid vouchers such as Paysafecard usually cannot receive money, so a different route is needed. Check the withdrawal rules in the operator's terms before you deposit.

If a request stalls

Screenshot the request with its status and time, then contact support with those details. The complaints page shows how to keep a clean record. Do not start playing the pending amount again out of impatience.

Tax on winnings

In Estonia, winnings from an organiser licensed by EMTA are not subject to income tax. Winnings from an unlicensed organiser are taxable income at 22 % and must be declared (income tax return, table 5.1 part II; received abroad — table 8.1). Check the organiser on emta.ee.

Withdrawal questions

How long does a Kanuuna withdrawal take?
That depends on the method, the account and whether verification is complete. The cashier and the operator's terms show the current information; we do not publish our own timings.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Some casinos allow it while the request is pending. Think twice: cancelled withdrawals are a classic route back into play.
Why was I asked for documents again?
Operators may repeat checks, for example when a new payment method is added or the amount is large. Upload only on the verified site.
