Complaints and disputes with the operator
Things do go wrong: a round freezes when the train enters a tunnel, a withdrawal sits in "pending", a bonus disappears from the balance. kanuunacasino.info cannot fix any of that — we are an information site with no access to player accounts. What we can do is help you build a complaint that support can act on quickly.
Capture the evidence while it is fresh
Your phone is the best evidence kit you have:
- Screenshots of the error, the balance and the transaction history, before you refresh anything.
- The game's own history. Most studios keep a round log inside the info panel, often with a round ID. Open it and screenshot the round in question.
- Time and title. Note the time from your phone's clock, the game name and the studio shown on its lobby tile.
- Screen recording if the order of events matters — both iOS and Android have it built in.
Write to support — once, clearly
Your first stop is always the operator's support. Put everything in one message: what happened, when, in which game or transaction, and the reference numbers. Attach the screenshots. Calm, specific messages are resolved faster than angry ones. Ask for a ticket number and keep the conversation — if the chat cannot be exported, screenshot it. How to reach support from a phone is covered on the support page.
Read the rule they quote
Many disputes rest on a clause you accepted at sign-up or when activating a promotion: a maximum stake while wagering, excluded games, verification requirements. Find the exact clause and read it in full. If the support answer does not match the wording, quote the wording back.
Check who the organiser is
Estonia's gambling regulator is the Tax and Customs Board (EMTA). Take the company name from the operator's terms and look for it in EMTA's public list of legal gambling organisers on emta.ee. We do not confirm the Kanuuna operator's status, so this check is yours to make. It affects tax too: winnings from an organiser licensed by EMTA are not subject to income tax, winnings from an unlicensed one are taxable at 22 %.
What not to do
- Do not open a second account while the first is under review — it almost always breaks the rules.
- Do not send documents to anyone contacting you through messaging apps claiming to be support.
- Do not try to win back the disputed amount while the case is open.
When the dispute is not the real issue
Sometimes a row with a casino is the moment you realise gambling is taking more than it gives. That matters more than any payout. The gambling addiction counselling centre is on 15410 and at 15410.ee; see also responsible gambling and self-exclusion.
