The welcome bonus, one tap at a time
A welcome bonus is the offer attached to your first deposit (sometimes the first few). On a phone it usually appears in one of two places: as a card in the promotions section, or as a checkbox right next to the amount field in the cashier. The second placement is the one to watch, because it asks for a decision at the exact moment you are focused on paying. Whether Kanuuna currently runs a welcome offer, and on what terms, is visible only after you log in — we do not publish percentages or amounts for the operator.
Before you tick the box

- Find the wagering requirement and what it applies to: the bonus only, or the deposit plus the bonus. See wagering explained.
- Find the maximum stake allowed while the bonus is active. On a phone it is easy to exceed with one tap on a bet selector.
- Find the excluded games list. It may exclude single titles or a studio's whole catalogue.
- Check the time limit. Offers usually expire if wagering is not completed in time.
Why the game list decides the value
Two players can accept the same welcome offer and get very different results, simply because one plays games that count fully towards wagering and the other plays games that count little or not at all. If your favourite titles come from a studio that the terms exclude, the bonus is mostly a restriction on your balance. An illustrative example
Example only, not Kanuuna's terms: a €20 deposit with a €20 bonus and 30× wagering on the bonus means €600 of bets before the bonus money can be withdrawn. If the game you play contributes 50 %, that becomes €1,200 of bets. Same offer, double the play — just because of the game choice.
Saying no is a valid choice
Leaving the box unticked keeps your deposit free of wagering conditions, so a win can be withdrawn after the usual verification. Many experienced players skip welcome offers for exactly that reason. If you have already accepted and changed your mind, the profile's bonus tab often has a cancel option; cancelling generally removes the bonus funds, so read what happens first.
