Promo codes: a small field with big promises around it

A promo code is a word or string you type to unlock a specific offer. Search results for "Kanuuna promo code" are full of pages promising exclusive codes; most of them are recycled, expired or invented. We do not publish codes, because we cannot verify that any given code is valid for your account today. What we can do is show where a genuine code goes on a phone and how to tell whether it did anything.

Where the field usually is

On mobile the on-screen keyboard often autocapitalises or adds a space after the word. If a code is rejected, check for those before assuming it is invalid.

How to know a code worked

A valid code should change something visible: a new bonus in the profile's bonus tab, a changed offer in the cashier, or free spins waiting in a named game. If nothing changes, the code did nothing — do not deposit expecting a bonus that is not shown. Screenshot the confirmation when it appears.
