Bet types, explained with small numbers
Every sportsbook uses the same handful of bet types, whatever the sport. Understanding them is more useful than any tip, because it tells you what you are actually buying with each tap. All the figures below are illustrative arithmetic with decimal odds, not offers. Whether Kanuuna has a sportsbook is something to check in its mobile menu — we have not confirmed it.
Single
One selection, one stake. Return = stake × odds. Example: €10 at 2.00 returns €20 if it wins (€10 profit). Singles are the easiest to track and the easiest to budget.
Accumulator (parlay)
Several selections combined; all must win. The odds multiply. Example: three selections at 1.80, 1.70 and 2.00 give combined odds of 1.80 × 1.70 × 2.00 = 6.12. A €10 accumulator returns €61.20 — but a single loss makes it lose. The attractive number hides how quickly the probability shrinks with each leg.
System bet
A set of accumulators built from your selections, for example all doubles from three picks (three bets). You pay a stake per combination, so a "€10 system" can mean €30 in total. Check the total stake on the slip before confirming.
Handicap
One side starts with a virtual advantage or deficit. With a −1.5 handicap, the team must win by two or more. Half-point lines remove ties; whole-number lines can end in a push, where the stake is returned. Asian handicaps split stakes across lines — powerful, but confusing on a small screen.
Totals (over/under)
You bet on the combined score being above or below a line: goals in football, points in basketball, games in tennis. You do not need to pick a winner, which makes totals popular for live betting.

Cash-out
Some sportsbooks offer to settle a bet early for an amount they calculate. It is a price, not a gift: it includes the bookmaker's margin. On a phone the offer changes second by second, and a tap during a slow connection may be rejected.
Keep the maths honest
Bet types do not change the fact that bookmakers build a margin into every price. Budget a fixed amount, use the deposit and time limits in the profile, and see responsible gambling if betting starts to feel like work. Sport-specific notes: football, basketball, tennis, cricket.
